About this tool
PNW Site Audit is a free public tool operated by Jalen Builds. It checks public web pages and public SEO files for common search and AI-discoverability signals.
Acceptable use
You may use the audit to evaluate your own site or a public site you are allowed to review. Do not use it to overload websites, probe private systems, submit credentials, or harvest contact information.
Audit results
Results are informational and based on what the tool can fetch at the time of the audit. A passing result is not a guarantee of ranking, traffic, sales, legal compliance, or complete technical correctness.
Rebuild service
The audit may recommend a contractor website rebuild. Any paid work requires a separate agreement with Jalen Builds. Running an audit does not create a service contract.
No warranties
The tool is provided as-is. We try to keep checks accurate, but websites, search systems, crawlers, and AI-assistant standards change over time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be handled in Washington State courts.
