Why this exists
A non-trivial share of "find me a [trade] in [city]" queries now route through ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity instead of Google. The contractors who get cited in those answers are the ones whose sites the assistants can parse cleanly. That parsing depends on a baseline of public, machine-readable signals - robots.txt bot allowlist, llms.txt, JSON-LD schema, Open Graph tags. Most small-contractor sites fail 4-7 of these checks. We built the audit to make the gap visible and fixable.
What gets checked

What this isn't
We don't check Core Web Vitals, backlinks, content depth, Google Business Profile, or paid ads. Those matter, but they're separate disciplines with their own tools. This audit is bounded to the SEO + AI-discoverability infrastructure layer - the layer most small contractors miss and we can fix cheaply.
