Audit-verified launch
Before we hand off, the new site has to score 90+ on the same 13-point audit you ran on your old site. Audit-verified launch means we do not ship to studio-grade and then sandbag the metric.

Monthly retainer
Small monthly retainer covers hosting (Vercel), SEO maintenance, content updates, and ongoing engineering as the studio's substrate evolves (Next.js version bumps, new AI bots in robots.txt, etc.).

- How long does the rebuild take?
- Typical 5-7 business days from kickoff to live site. Day 1 intake call. Days 2-3 we build the substrate + your content. Days 4-5 you review + we revise. Days 6-7 we ship to production + verify the 13-point audit passes.
- What's included in the rebuild?
- Next.js + Vercel hosting. Studio SEO baseline (llms.txt, robots.txt with AI crawler allowlist, sitemap.xml, JSON-LD LocalBusiness + Service schema, OG/Twitter cards, canonical URLs, mobile viewport, image alt-text). Custom content based on your existing site + intake call. Quote form with operator-notification email. Admin dashboard for lead tracking. Initial deploy to your domain.
- How does pricing work?
- Pricing depends on scope and ongoing engineering. The rebuild itself is a fixed-price project; ongoing hosting + maintenance + content updates run as a small monthly retainer. Specific numbers are shared on the intake call after we see your current site and trade specifics first.
- Do I have to switch hosts?
- Yes. The rebuild runs on Vercel for the performance + SEO benefits. We migrate your domain so customers using the existing URL continue to land on the new site. Old site goes offline at cutover; no double-billing.
- What if I'm in a trade Jalen Builds already serves in PNW?
- The cluster pattern is one partner per trade per geography. If you're a PNW HVAC contractor and we already have a partner there, we can either point you elsewhere or build you a standalone (non-cluster) flagship at a different price point. Out-of-area or non-PNW contractors get the standalone path automatically.
